Spring Garlic – Onion
Black & Pink Pepper – Fennel -Lemon Zest – Burnett
Hickory Smoked Salt – Red Pepper Powder – Cayenne
Dill – Sage – Marjoram
Chervil – Blue Balsam Peppermint

Coleslaw
Kohlrabi – Turnip – Carrot – Cucumber – Apple (York Imperial)
Home-Made Mayo – Dash of the Best Fish Sauce Ever
Spring Onions – Shallots – Dill – Sage – Burnett – Chervil

Sliders – apple slices - Butter Lettuce from the Gehman Family Hydroponic Farm in Telford, PA.
On top of each patty is a thin dab of Morrocan Mustard, courtesy of the amazing people at Dulcet.
Mint leaf to garnish.
