Tomorrow is Market Day, so I’ve been working on clearing out the last of this week’s inventory.

I’ve had a bunch of rainbow char and mustard greens that I wanted to braise, but I wanted to find just the right liquid. I’ve been hoping to buy Molly Stevens’ amazing All About Roasting for a while now, and looking at it in the library gave me an answer.

I’m about to roast some lemons for the first time and we’ll see how the chutney comes out. Then I’m going to find an alcohol to mix it with…
